  • KANSAS CITY CHIEFS

    Jordan Giesler serves as the Senior Creative Director for the Kansas City Chiefs, where he leads the creative services and brand management for one of the NFL’s most iconic franchises. With over a decade of experience inside the Chiefs organization, Jordan’s career has taken him from a junior graphic designer to the creative helm of a Super Bowl–winning team. His work has shaped campaigns like the celebrated Mexico City Game and the 60th Season of Chiefs Football, blending heritage and innovation to keep the brand fresh while honoring its legacy. Jordan brings a rare, behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to build championship-level creative—from high-pressure Super Bowl weeks to everyday storytelling that fuels one of America’s most recognized sports brands.

  • Miles Ramsay

    52EIGHTY CREATIVE

    Miles Ramsay is the Founder of the Missouri Small Business Marketing Bootcamp and the Owner & Creative Director of 52Eighty Creative, a faith-based branding and marketing agency headquartered in St. Joseph, Missouri. Over his career, Miles has worked with both hometown businesses and global brands like Meta, AARP, and Amazon.

    An award-winning creative director, his work has earned AVA and Telly Awards, multiple Radio Mercury Finalist honors, and an NAFB Creative Excellence Award. When he’s not building brands, you’ll find him outdoors—paddling Missouri’s rivers, biking forest trails, or hiking with his family under those wide Midwest skies.

  • Erin Woodiel

    MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION

    Erin Woodiel is an experienced visual storyteller with a passion for wildlife and the outdoors. She works for the Missouri Department of Conservation as a media specialist in the Kansas City and Northwest regions of the state, working with local news media and using words and photos to tell the stories of the department.

    While getting her Bachelor's of Journalism from the University of Missouri, she interned with the Wyoming Game and Fish Department as a photographer. After graduation, she spent the majority of her career as a newspaper photojournalist in South Dakota, working for the largest newspaper in the state, the Sioux Falls Argus Leader. A move to Kansas City in 2023 prompted a shift from journalism into communications, leading her to MDC and more direct work with the outdoors.

    Jess is a passionate advocate for small businesses with extensive experience in business development and community engagement. With a rich background in storytelling through both marketing and theatre, Jess has a unique ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. By integrating storytelling into her approach, Jess shares her knowledge and practical advice in a way that is both relatable and impactful.

Known for turning complex SEO strategy into clear, actionable steps, Tim has guided hundreds of companies to stronger visibility and measurable growth. His approach blends deep technical knowledge with a creative eye for storytelling—because ranking high on Google only matters if the right people find you. Around Missouri’s small business community, Tim’s reputation is simple: if it’s about SEO, he’s the guy who knows how to make it work.

    VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS

    Michael Edson serves as the Assistant Director of Creative at the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), where he oversees creative content, design, and marketing communications initiatives for one of the nation’s most respected veteran service organizations. With a background in marketing, video production, and visual storytelling, Michael brings nearly a decade of creative experience to the VFW, having advanced from content creator to leading major campaigns that honor service and strengthen community engagement. A graduate of the University of Missouri–Columbia, he combines business strategy with creative direction to deliver meaningful, mission-driven work from his home base in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

    Miu Edlin is the creative force behind Miuze Marketing, a boutique digital agency serving St. Joseph, Kansas City, and beyond. She built the business on the belief that marketing should be as imaginative as it is effective—merging data-driven strategy with storytelling flair. Under her leadership, Miuze brings small and midsize businesses’ voices to life through brand identity, social media, and web presence that truly resonates. Miu’s clients praise her for her personal touch, responsiveness, and ability to translate their vision into results.

    Andrew discovered his passion for film in 2016 and has since transformed it into a thriving career that has taken him around the globe. He has collaborated with a wide range of renowned brands, including Adidas, State Farm, Veterans of Foreign Wars, McDonald's, FIFA, and many others. Driven by an insatiable desire to learn and grow, Andrew continues to evolve as a filmmaker with no signs of slowing down.

    Outside of his work, Andrew has been joyfully married to his wife, Elaina, since 2013. Together, they are proud parents of four wonderful children. He is a man of faith, dedicating both his challenges and achievements to God. And when it comes to dinner, he’s a firm believer that pizza is always a good idea.
